the staff let me keep my car in the parking garage several hours after checkout. i found free drinks available including coffee and a water fountain to refill my bottle. staff WAS also very nice and helpful.
the air conditioning in my room didn't work properly. MANAGEMENT tried to fix it, but it failed. the room felt very small too.

The location was excellent, close to the train station. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff . My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices to start the day (especially the croissants!).
I noticed there was no refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold, which would have been a plus.

the staff were good. breakfast was alright, not amazing but alright, i guess.
my room had this weird smell. not sure what it was but it was kinda like old socks meets something vaguely chemical. the bathroom was tiny, and the shower curtain seemed intent on attacking me the entire time i showered, it was a dance of avoidance.

the hotel was close to the gare de lyon, with access to the city (it was so convenient!). the staff were really helpful, and paulina helped us so much with the garage. our room had a nice design, and the beds were comfy. i would definitely stay again.
The room had one manual key. You had to hand it over to reception each time you left, and there weren't any lockers. it felt a bit unsafe for that reason.

My room was clean, and I appreciated the fresh towels and bed linen. Free hot drinks were available until midnight, a nice perk after a day of exploring.

the breakfast had many options and was well stocked (i especially liked the croissants). the location meant i could walk to many places. there was easy access to transport.
i had trouble sleeping because only three pillows were provided for two people. i requested an extra pillow but i was told the hotel was full, and they couldn't provide even one additional pillow, disappointing.
