the hotel was close to the gare de lyon, with access to the city (it was so convenient!). the staff were really helpful, and paulina helped us so much with the garage. our room had a nice design, and the beds were comfy. i would definitely stay again.
The room had one manual key. You had to hand it over to reception each time you left, and there weren't any lockers. it felt a bit unsafe for that reason.

the location WORKED well, offering easy access to the Gare de Lyon and connecting me to the city. Staff members were helpful, especially with directions and local tips. My room was clean, and I appreciated the fresh towels and bed linen. Free hot drinks were available until midnight, a nice perk after a day of exploring.
the room WAS slightly smaller than expected, limiting space for luggage.

the breakfast had many options and was well stocked (i especially liked the croissants). the location meant i could walk to many places. there was easy access to transport.
i had trouble sleeping because only three pillows were provided for two people. i requested an extra pillow but i was told the hotel was full, and they couldn't provide even one additional pillow, disappointing.
